It's official: Justin Timberlake will deliver a suit and tie.
Singer-songwriter and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, welcomed their first child, son Silas Randall Timberlake, their representatives confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively.Reps said mother and baby are fine and father "excited." Further details are kept private at this time.
Silas is the middle name of Timberlake's grandfather Bill Bomar, who died in 2012, while Randall is the middle name of the musician himself, and his father first.

After many months to keep the pregnancy hidden Biel, Timberlake finally confirmed (on the anniversary of the 34th January) that the couple are expecting a baby together.
"Thank you everyone for the Bday wishes! This year, I get GREATEST GIFT ever. NOT WAIT," he gave the title Biel nude photos of herself kissing baby belly.
According hashtags Timberlake, the couple make guesses as sex, after choosing to remain a surprise delivery.
Weeks before she gave birth, Biel, 33, celebrated his own birthday - and Timberlake once again down to Instagram to shower her with love.
"Happy Bday to sweet, most BEAUTIFUL, goofiest, most bad-ASS girl I know. You make me smile 'til it hurts. I love you like crazy," he wrote.
And shoutout continues as the award-winning innovator in Timberlake iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 29, calling Biel his "friend and favorite collaborator."
"I can not wait to see our greatest creation yet," he said. "Dad headed home now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get swaddle me in!"
